PFPMe provides a free online platform for creating, editing, and downloading profile pictures. Our services include:

  • A free PFP editor with cropping, resizing, and filter tools
  • Curated galleries of downloadable profile pictures
  • Platform-specific optimization for Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media
  • Links to third-party services (such as MyPicNow) for AI-generated professional headshots

3. User Conduct

When using PFPMe, you agree not to:

  • Upload, create, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload images containing nudity, violence, hate speech, or content that violates the rights of others
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our permission
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access to users who violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload to PFPMe. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Our Content

The PFPMe website, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Gallery Images

Profile pictures in our curated galleries are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Some images may be AI-generated or sourced from various creators. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us immediately.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of PFPMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy.

Images uploaded to our editor are processed in your browser or temporarily on our servers and are not stored permanently unless explicitly stated. We do not sell or share your personal images with third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

PFPMe may contain links to third-party websites and services, including MyPicNow for AI headshot generation. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of images created using our tools. Results may vary based on input quality and selected options.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
